  • Tax (micro-BIC, 2025 income): 30% allowance up to €15,000 of revenue for an unclassified let, 50% up to €77,700 for a classified let (€83,600 for 2026 income).
  • Co-ownership: owners must inform the building manager (syndic) of the activity; new co-ownership rules must state explicitly whether furnished tourist lets are allowed or prohibited.
