Who is the Custom plan for?

Concierges, hotel groups, campsites and multi-property operators with large portfolios or needs the public Pro plan does not cover at standard pricing.

Typically: negotiated property quota, white label, multi-site rollout or enhanced support.

How do I request a quote?

Accepted Answer

From the Pricing page (“Request a quote”) or the Contact form.

Share your property count, establishment types and requirements (white label, PMS, training). We reply within 48 business hours.

Question 3

How does it differ from the Pro plan?

Accepted Answer

You start from Pro features: 30+ tiles, PMS connections, team access and detailed analytics.

Custom adds a negotiated flat rate, bundled volume without per-property add-ons, personalised white label and a dedicated account contact.

Question 4

Does the price cover all my properties?

Accepted Answer

That is the goal: one tailored package for your portfolio, often with no per-property surcharge (all-inclusive offer).

Details appear on your quote and in My account → Billing once the offer is active.

Can I switch from Individual or Pro?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your booklets, content and connections stay in place.

After you accept the quote, the Custom offer replaces your standard subscription and billing moves to the negotiated rate.

What does dedicated support include?

Priority contact at Majordia, rollout help across your sites, team training and onboarding video calls as agreed in your contract.

Ideal when launching on several properties at once.

Change from Individual to Pro (or vice versa)?

Yes, from billing. Upgrade to Pro: immediate proration shown before you confirm (no new trial). Downgrade to Individual: only if you meet limits (≤4 properties, no active PMS, team ≤2) - see Terms.

Question 8

End of free trial month: what's happening?

Accepted Answer

We will send you an email to choose a package. Without subscription, the traveler's booklet goes on pause. Your data remains accessible for approximately 30 days. No credit card required during the trial.

Monthly or annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Both. Monthly without commitment, or annually with −10%. History and invoices available in billing and the customer billing portal.

Question 10

Fees on upsell sales to travelers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Majordia deducts 2% on each sale paid by a guest (breakfast, extras…). Stripe fees apply separately (~1.5% + €0.25). No invoice per sale - monthly statement in Billing → Commission (T&Cs art. 8).

PMS and Airbnb, Booking.com and Abritel on the Individual plan?

Airbnb, Booking and Abritel: included on Individual and Pro.

Nine PMS via Connection assistant (Pro plan); direct links for Guesty and Beds24 also on Pro.

Can I book a video call before subscribing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The 1-hour call is free and open to everyone on the same calendar (/visio or Pricing page) to discover Majordia and your needs before choosing a plan. No commitment or credit card.

Is the price the same for a hotel or a campsite?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pricing depends on your plan (Free, Individual or Pro) and active properties, not establishment type. Rentals, hotels and campsites share the same grids.

Yes, from most countries where Stripe accepts payments. Prices in euros (tax included, VAT-exempt — article 293 B). Plate delivery zones shown at checkout.
