The demo, explained

Does the demo property exist?

No. The host, address, codes and Wi-Fi are fictitious. The shops, transport and services shown are real: they come from OpenStreetMap and are sorted by distance from the city centre. When OpenStreetMap has no opening hours for a shop, the demo shows typical hours for that kind of place.

Does my guest need to install an app?

No. The welcome book opens in the phone’s browser, from a link or a QR code.

Can I use this welcome book for my Airbnb listing?

Yes. Create an account, add your property and replace the examples with your own information: arrival, Wi-Fi, rules, favourite places. The welcome book is free for one property.

My city is not on the list. Is that a problem?

No. The demos only cover cities where public data is complete enough for a credible example. The Majordia welcome book works everywhere: you add your own places.
