What is the Essential offer?
It is Majordia's free offer, forever. The digital guide is free with no sign-up: Wi-Fi, access, times, contacts and emergencies, with a poster to print that carries the code to scan. If you want more, you only add the options you need (Majord'IA, extra tiles, guest payments), from €0.99/month per option; for that, you create your Majordia account and your guide is carried over.
Do my guests need to install an app?
No. They scan the code on the poster or open the link you send before arrival: the guide opens in the phone's browser. They copy the Wi-Fi, start directions and call a number in one tap. The page is not indexed by search engines: it only opens with the code or the link.
Can I edit the guide after printing it?
Yes. The edit link (shown on screen, and emailed to you if you give an address) lets you change a door code, the Wi-Fi or the times at any time: the digital guide updates and the printed code keeps working. You can also delete the guide whenever you want.
What do you do with my email address?
It is optional. If you give it, we use it to send you the guide links and the poster to print, then to warn you before deleting a guide that has not been opened or edited for 3 years; it is erased with the guide. We only use it for the newsletter if you tick the dedicated box, unticked by default, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Which languages can I create the guide in?
French, English, German, Spanish, Italian or Dutch: titles and sections are translated, your own text stays exactly as you type it.
